Pre-inspection Agreement General Home Inspection

Subpart 197-4.2(a) to Title 19 NYCRR of Article 12-B of the New York State Real Property Law requires a Pre-Inspection Agreement and review of the Standards of Practice and fees prior to starting the home inspection.  To pre-view a copy of the Howell on Homes Inspection LLC agreement, please click here.  A customized copy will also be provided to clients prior to the beginning of a home inspection.
