Howell on Homes Inspection LLC offers standard comprehensive home inspection services following the New York State Standards of Practice. In addition to standard home inspections, we also offer radon testing and mitigation as well as septic and well water testing.
We appreciate purchasing a home is a major life decision and we take our role in providing information to help people make an informed decision very seriously. As such, we strongly encourage prospective home owners to accompany our inspector during the home inspection and are happy to answer any questions and explain any observations.

We use state of the art technology to generate our inspection reports. This allows us to provide a report to our clients immediately following the inspection which may also include video footage. Reports can be sent by email, by paper mail or both depending on client preference.
